  • Where do you shop?
    Shopping is primarily done at Publix Coral Shores as this location specializes in boat orders. Shopping at Publix allows our shoppers to start shopping for your non-perishables several days before arrival in order to minimize substitutions.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    Orders need to be completed 1 week prior to your arrival date.
  • Do you deliver on Holidays?
    Unfortunately Publix is closed on Easter and Christmas Day so we are not able to deliver on those holidays.
  • How can I make changes to my order?
    Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email which will include a button to edit your order. Please note that any changes made to your order must be completed at least one week prior to delivery.
  • What if I’d like to order additional items during my stay?
    Simply come back to the site and place another order.
  • What if I don’t see the exact item I want on your form?
    You can use the “Add Custom Item” feature to add anything you need.
  • What if an item I have requested is out of stock?
    Our shoppers will contact you via text with any out of stock issues and work with you to find a satisfactory replacement.
  • What if I have specific dietary or religious needs?
    You will find a notes area for all items in addition to an “add custom item” option where you can leave notes for us. If we have any questions we will text you!
  • What should I do if there is a problem with my grocery order?
    Your satisfaction is important to us! Please let us know of any issues immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the problem while you are in town.
