  • Shopping is primarily done at Publix Coral Shores as this location specializes in boat orders. Shopping at Publix allows our shoppers to start shopping for your non-perishables several days before arrival in order to minimize substitutions.

  • You can order any time! We recommend placing your order ahead of time for the best availability, but last-minute orders are always welcome when possible.

    During especially busy times, we do ask for a little extra notice:

    • Peak season (February – July 15, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week):
      Saturday arrivals → please place your order 1 week in advance.

    • Off-peak (July 16 – January, excluding holiday weeks):
      Saturday arrivals → please place your order 4 days in advance.

    • Weekday arrivals (any time of year):
      Please place your order 4 days in advance.

     

    If you have a last-minute booking or special circumstances, don’t worry—just text Debbie at 239-822-7078 and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

  • Unfortunately Publix is closed on Easter and Christmas Day so we are not able to deliver on those holidays.

  • Changes to your order must be made at least 3 days before your arrival via the "edit order" button on your order confirmation email. If changes are needed after that please text 239-822-7078.

  • Simply come back to the site and place another order.

  • Please use the notes field within each item to specify your preferred brand, size, etc.

  • Our shoppers will contact you via text with any out of stock issues and work with you to find a satisfactory replacement.

  • You will find a notes area for all items in addition to an “add custom item” option where you can leave notes for us. If we have any questions we will text you!

  • Your satisfaction is important to us! Please let us know of any issues immediately so that we can work with you to resolve the problem while you are on the island.
